A residing artist at the Vulcan Studios, she began working in stained glass at the age of 19 after taking a glass design course at Bakersfield College, CA. After graduation, she began working in the print field as a newspaper reporter/photographer and continued her work in stained glass. In 1993, she switched from newspaper reporting to marketing communications, and in 1996, she began her marketing career at Advanced MP Technology. She started her new career doing restorations recently after a local stained glass artist saw her work and offered to teach her how to fix stained glass windows.
